Stephen joined Savills on the graduate programme in 2010 and provides valuation and development consultancy advice to public sector clients.

Stephen is a qualified RICS registered surveyor and works within the housing development and regeneration team in Savills and provides advice to a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities and other public sector clients as well as private developers.

Stephen leads on valuation and has a wide ranging knowledge and experience of the valuation and appraisal of residential developments subject to a range of tenures and is an expert in the field of affordable housing valuation.

He provides formal and informal valuation advice for land acquisitions, section 106 purchases and large portfolio appraisals across London and the South East.
