Michal provides development and investment acquisition and disposal advice to predominantly registered providers and social impact investors.

Michal has been a qualified surveyor since 2004 and provides expert level advice to clients on a variety of land and residential investment projects, all of which have an affordable / impact investment aspect. He is the fund valuer on two large residential funds and also provides agency and valuation advice on social housing investments across the country to a variety of funds, investors and FPRP’s.
