Sean has been with Savills since 2011 and works in the London development land team, focusing on the sale and purchase of development sites in London.
Sean advises landowners and developers, specialising in providing transaction-advisory services. He is particularly focused and experienced in advising on residential-led development sites in North London. He works with a variety of clients, from private individuals and small family offices, to major institutional landowners and charities.
Sean qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013, having gained experience in a variety of property disciplines through the Savills graduate scheme and previous work in building control and a property data analysis firm.
