Sarah Bean

Sarah is responsible for managing nationwide portfolios and has particular expertise in managing multi let offices in London and the South East. She advises property funds, asset managers and overseas investors. She has also spent a number of years previously working in corporate real estate working with occupiers to deliver all aspects of their property requirement requirements.

Sarah aims to provide rounded property advice including all aspects of asset, property and building management, working with both clients and occupiers to deliver excellence in customer service. She assists clients on acquisitions and disposals and co-ordinates the seemless delivery of all service aspects including property accounts, facilities management and other professional services.

Sarah enjoys running, cycling, skiing and hill walking and has a love of art. She enjoys visiting galleries and is passionate about the role of art in the built environment and public realm.
