Rupert oversees a number of corporate functions including digital and group marketing, digital development, our group-wide strategy on data and the insight derived from this, as well as other related areas such as social media.

Based in London, Rupert works closely with our regional teams based in Hong Kong, New York and also in London. He also sits on a number of Boards including the Residential Board, Lettings Board and IT Board.

In addition, Rupert is part of the team that appraise potential investment opportunities through Grosvenor Hill Ventures, Savills Plc's proprietary and arms-length technology investment arm, and is heavily involved in the investments made into YOPA, VU.CITY, Income Analytics, Cureoscity and Workthere.
