
Ruaraidh Adams-Cairns joined Savills in 1980 and was previously an army officer. He is now head of litigation support based in London
Ruaraidh was brought up on an agricultural estate on the North East coast of Scotland and originally qualified as a land agent. On joining Savills he initially practiced as an estate agent in both the sale and purchase of high value properties. For the last 45 years he has specialised in valuation work and is an experienced expert witness and mediator in contentious valuation matters. He is head of litigation support for Savills.
Ruaraidh, a chartered surveyor and one of the most experienced expert witnesses in the residential market joined Savills in 1980 and became a Director in 1988. He pioneered litigation support within Savills and is well known for his tenacity and numeracy as well as his negotiation skills which have made him an effective mediatior.
