Wendy is a director within Savills valuation department specialising in prime central London residential property, having qualified in 1994 she joined the team in 2001.
Wendy started her property career in 1992 and qualified as a member of the royal institution of chartered surveyors in 1994. Working since then in London she has gained experience in the valuation of residential property, specialising in high value properties in prime central London and the home counties.
Acting as an expert witness for matrimonial and litigation matters, Wendy has given evidence in the High Court. She also specialises in residential valuations for loan security and tax & trust purposes.
Wendy is on the graduate management team at Savills and enjoys working closely with new employees from recruitment to qualification, sharing her years of experience. She is also a member of the Valuation Best Practice Board.
