Phil joined Savills in 2014 as a graduate in the Ipswich rural department. He qualified as a RICS surveyor in 2016. He then joined the housing development and regeneration team in 2017 as a development surveyor. Phil has developed valuable experience in property valuations, estate management and development management consultancy advice.
