Daniela joined as a graduate in 2008 and now specialise in providing development consultancy services with focus on delivery routes and OJEU joint venture partnerships procurement.
Daniela is a chartered planning & development surveyor, prior to which she undertook a masters in property development and planning at London South Bank University and an undergraduate degree at UCL in London.
Daniela provides development consultancy advice, as well as development management services, taking projects from inception through to gaining planning consent, for local authority and registered provider clients.
Daniela specialises in advising clients on the procurement of private development partners for large scale housing-led regeneration projects including joint venture partnerships. Daniela also provides more general viability, planning & project management services.
