Paul Wellman

Paul’s focus is on creating bespoke reports for a broad range of clients across the UK, helping inform them to make better decisions through the use of data.

Areas of expertise include development, mixed-use and large-scale regeneration, PBSA (purpose built student accommodation) and Co-living. Paul also sits on the BPF’s Co-living ‘working group committee’. 

In addition Paul presents at a wide range of events and authors thought-leadership articles and publications.
