Nicholas is a Senior Analyst working across Savills’ global network, covering valuations and capital markets transactions in Europe and Asia.
Nicholas serves as a single point of contact for Savills multi-jurisdiction clients who include lenders, international real estate funds, corporates and loan servicing companies.
He holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from University College London and completed investment banking summer analyst roles at Nomura and HSBC.
He supports transaction and valuation teams by modelling cashflows on portfolios, providing insight and analysis in the underwriting process. Additionally, he works on automating reporting processes to improve efficiency in large portfolio mandates.
Nicholas comes from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and holds an advanced diving license. You will find him diving during off the islands of Malaysia during the colder European weather!
