George is a director in the European capital markets team where he advises clients on UK and European logistics transactions, both pan-European portfolios and single assets.
George has experience in direct real estate transactions, equity raising, joint venture structuring and recapitalisations in a range of commercial real estate sectors and geographies.
George acts as Savills continental European life science lead and works with the European network to identify opportunities for global investors.
George joined Savills in 2017 having completed an MSc in real estate at the University of Reading. George has gained experience across multiple commercial business lines in the UK as well as a secondment to the Savills Hong Kong office.
