Matthew is a Chartered Surveyor in the Housing Valuation Team and joined Savills in 2005. He specialises in the provision of valuation and advice to funders and registered providers.

Matthew is a registered valuer working for clients around the country providing in the main valuations of large residential portfolios for funding purposes. 

Matthew has carried out valuations for all the main funders in the sector as well as bond issuance and private placement. 

In his spare time Matthew enjoys sports and spending time with his son.
