Martin Horswood

Martin joined Savills in August 2016 following a merger with GBR Phoenix Beard and has worked in commercial property management since 2005.

Martin’s experience covers properties from all sectors across the UK, including institutional grade office properties. He has in-depth expertise in setting up and running high value service charges and completing intensive asset management schemes in order to aid investment sales.

He is the lead director in the London office for the Columbia Threadneedle contract. He solely manages all properties within their Low Carbon Workplace fund. Martin is also the client relationship manager for Scarborough Group International (SGI), having previously managed their UK portfolio for a number of years.
