Alex joined Savills in 2016 following the acquisition of GBR Phoenix Beard, where he had been a director in the property management department since 2004
With over 30 years commercial property experience, Alex began his career in private practice as an Investment surveyor before gaining eight years asset management experience within a property company environment and then running his own property development consultancy. Alex is the lead director for a number of property management clients, for whom he also provides strategic asset management advice. He works across property company and Institutional client portfolios and has extensive experience in managing large, complex sites.
