Katrina joined Savills in August 2016 as part of the commercial property management team, following the acquisition of GBR Phoenix Beard.

Following seventeen years experience in block and estate residential management, Katrina now specialises in the management of commercial property at Savills for a range of clients, covering large to medium portfolios, as well as single asset instructions. Properties managed are, in the main, office and industrial warehouse, both multi and single let. Katrina prides herself on providing a responsive and tailored service to meet both the clients and their tenants' needs.
