Llyr Raw-Rees

Llyr has a strong reputation as a trusted advisor who understands client’s needs, challenges and requirements in these testing times. He has 16 years’ experience advising investors and landlord based clients as well as occupiers in technical due diligence, contract administration and dilapidations and has a key focus on the industrial & logistics sector. 

Beyond successfully managing projects, Llyr is committed in driving sustainability and provides his clients with expert advice and recommendations in implementing their ESG commitments and decarbonisation objectives as well as EPC enhancements to their assets and portfolios.

Llyr has a young family that keeps him busy outside of work. He enjoys a round of golf, following the rugby as well as skiing in the winter.
He is also a Patron of Community Foundation Wales and assists in the charity’s London fundraising events.
