In 2003, Steve joined Savills and is now head of the specialist technical due diligence team, undertaking commercial acquisition and vendor surveys across the UK and Europe.
With extensive experience on commercial property single asset and portfolio transactions, Steve combines such expertise with detailed technical construction knowledge and acts on behalf of sovereign wealth funds, investors, overseas funds, property companies and occupational tenants.
Steve lives in Hove with his partner and two young children, where time is spent between family life and his love of outdoor sports and country pursuits.
