Lethius Charles

Before joining Savills, Lethius worked across the public and charity sectors, with a focus on specialist housing strategy and youth development. At a Hertfordshire local authority, he led the implementation of a housing strategy, the development of design guidelines for specialist accommodation and independent living schemes, and played a key role in achieving Age Friendly Community status for the council and embedding the WHO framework into practice.

At Savills, Lethius supports residential and commercial developers and local authorities to implement robust social value strategies. His work centres on meaningful community engagement and building strong relationships between clients and local communities, ensuring outcomes go beyond statutory obligations such as Section 106 agreements and lead to a lasting legacy.

Outside of work, Lethius is a trustee of a London-based youth charity and volunteers with an arts organisation supporting vulnerable young people. He enjoys travelling, cooking, and theatre.
