Wesley joined the Savills Earth division as a director at the start 2023 and leads on social value, with a remit to focus on the ‘S’ of ESG.
Wesley has 10 years of experience in the field of social value across the private, public and voluntary sectors, rising through all levels of organisations and business. He has held director positions within the built environment for 8 years and was awarded Social Value Creator of the year at the UKREIIF awards 2022.
Wesley specialises in strategic and measurement advice with a view on maximising the social value achievable for built environment clients across all sectors.
He has established himself as a thought leader in the social value sector and his passion for achieving tangible and sustainable change, also sees him sit on the Social Value UK Advisory board, as well as being a trustee of a homelessness charity.
