Katie sits in the Housing Development and Regeneration team within the Affordable Housing Division at Margaret Street.

A Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, she joined Savills on the graduate scheme in 2018 and has been a permanent member of the Development and Regeneration team since her RICS qualification in Autumn 2020.

Katie provides residential development consultancy and valuation advice to a wide range of clients including housing associations, private developers, local authorities and other public sector clients.  Katie’s primary focus is advising on new build affordable housing development and estate regeneration. Katie provides formal and informal valuation advice for land acquisitions, Section 106 purchases and large portfolio appraisals nationwide, but with a focus on London, the Midlands and the South East. Katie has experience working with new entrants and investment funds into the affordable housing sector.
