Jonathan’s main area of expertise is with the promotion of DCO’s and assisting the client from pre-application through to construction. High level of understanding of the consents and legal requirements at each step of the process. Additionally equally experience with landowner engagement and negotiation of access for surveys and option agreements.
Jonathan's job is to oversee the major projects within England and Wales and act as the point of contact between the client and delivery Team.
Using past experience working on DCO's or large infrastructure project to either support or become involved in the more technical cases both educating the team as well as assisting client needs.
Jonathan has lived in London all of his life as an avid supporter of West Ham United. He loves to spend time with his three little girls and family dog.
