James joined Savills in 2014 and is a qualified chartered surveyor. His focus is on the acquisition and disposal of development land in central London.

James also has experience in planning, affordable housing and development consultancy. He undertook a part-time MSc in real estate at London South Bank University. Prior to joining the company, James graduated with honours from Newcastle university with a degree in geography.
