Harriet specialises in investment strategy and asset management (ISAM), with a focus on helping investors optimise their portfolios through strategy formation and hands-on execution.
She co-founded the Savills ISAM offering and works across a diverse client base — from institutional investors and sector-specialist operating platforms to public bodies and endowment funds.
Harriet's expertise spans cross-sector portfolios, drawing on her experience across commercial and living sectors over more than a decade at Savills. Earlier in her career, Harriet was part of the lease consultancy team, where she led complex, cross-disciplinary projects — including Project Mars, the UK’s largest ever rent review dispute.
Harriet is proud to be Chair of the Savills UK Gender Group. She holds a first class degree in languages from Oxford University and a Master’s degree in real estate.
