Robert Godfrey

ISAM is a team of specialist generalists drawing cross sector expertise (residential, commercial and rural) to advise a broad range of clients on the creation and implementation of investment and asset management strategies at portfolio, estate and individual asset level.

Robert has an investment background and covers residential, commercial and rural sectors. He returned to Savills plc in November 2021 as head of natural capital at Savills Investment Management and Head of ISAM in Savills UK. He was previously head of property and a member of the senior management team at Oxford University Endowment Management (OUem) from 2014-2021.He returned fully to Savills UK in July 2024. Robert also sits on the UK Board.

ISAM works closely with operational capital markets, property management, national investment, rural & projects, research and Savills Earth.

Robert tries to spend as much time as he can in the natural environment, ideally by a river, or by the sea on the Pembrokeshire Coast. He sits on the Glebe Committee of the Diocese of Oxford, which has land holdings spread throughout Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
