Hamish is an associate director in the residential research and consultancy team at Savills. He joined Savills in 2015 and primarily provides market intelligence around residential development land.
Hamish has worked in the research team at Savills since May 2015. Before joining Savills, Hamish worked as a research assistant for Buckinghamshire Business First, a growth hub based in High Wycombe. Here he provided research reports alongside the Head of Economic Research at Buckinghamshire County Council.
Hamish produces bespoke research projects centred around residential development. Output from his research is used to inform planning applications, development strategies and company acquisitions. He also engages in thought leadership around key planning and development issues, and monitors land market activity via the Savills development database.
Outside of work Hamish is a keen runner, and he regularly makes the most of the many running routes and trails around his home in Bristol.
