Emma Dalglish

After graduating from the University of York, Emma gained a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University. She joined Savills in September 2020 on the rural graduate scheme and was based in the Edinburgh Office where she specialised in estate and farm sales and purchases throughout Scotland. Emma gained her RICS accreditation in May 2023 and in October 2023 she was invited to join the National Farms and Estates team in London.

Emma has been involved in an array of rural transactions, including sporting estates, commercial farms and properties with renewable, natural capital and forestry opportunities. She works closely with her network of regional offices to find the right buyers for her clients’ properties.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys playing hockey, running and taking part in country pursuits. Emma is from a rural farming background in Scotland and returns home to visit her family in Highland Perthshire where possible.
