Louisa is a director within the head Savills office in central London and specialises in the sale of prime farms and estates across the country.
Louisa graduated from the University of Reading in 2014 and has worked within the rural surveying sector since. Within her first two years at Savills she worked in the management sector of rural estates for a mixture of private and institutional clients in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
After gaining her MRICS qualification, Louisa moved to London to be part of the Savills National Farms and Estates team. Louisa’s experience within the management division is still used today when advising clients on estate matters in preparation of a sale through to completion of the property.
Louisa's role involves pitching, advising our clients on how to best prepare the property for sale, organising the marketing material, launching the property to the open market or privately, speaking with and managing buyers, taking viewings, negotiating a deal on behalf of our client and liaising with the client's solicitor through to completion.
The types of properties Louisa has been involved with are commercial farms, equestrian properties, investment estates and amenity estates.
Outside of work Louisa loves to keep fit through running, cycling and the gym. Louisa is Scottish and enjoys returning north in holidays to spend time with her family in the Scottish Borders.
