Elissa Borthwick

Elissa began her career in the UK at Knight Frank, where she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2021. She later moved client-side to London-based mixed-use developers, helping deliver the first build-to-rent phases of one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK and Europe. She joined Savills in 2024, bringing experience across both consultancy and development management.

At Savills, Elissa advises developers, landowners and institutions on large-scale, residential-led strategic development projects nationwide. Her work spans development management, strategic input and guiding clients through key stages of the development lifecycle to optimise outcomes and unlock long-term value.

Outside of work, Elissa enjoys running, exploring new cafés and restaurants, and travelling. On the weekends, she can often be found out and about in south-west London with her red fox Labrador.
