Gretel joined Savills in January 2013 and has a current focus on the UK private rented sector. She works with a broad spectrum of clients, from private vendors with London based portfolios, through to institutional investors.

Gretel uses her London market and development knowledge to appraise opportunities for their suitability for investment into the private rented sector. Having also spent three years in Savills London residential development team, she has been actively involved in the residential development process from the initial stages of funding, to design consultancy and value engineering, right through to successful conclusion of a development’s sales programme.
