David is a qualified chartered surveyor within the affordable housing development team, providing residential-led delivery advice to councils, registered providers and developers.
At Savills affordable housing, we are the largest affordable housing consultancy in the UK. David has been with the division since 2019, beginning his career on the graduate scheme and gaining full exposure to our extensive range of service-lines, including: development, investment, valuation, agency, treasury and debt advisory, building surveying, governance and asset management.
David works in the housing development team, providing options appraisal, financial viability, valuation and agency advice for councils, registered providers, investors and developers.
David is a football enthusiast (long-time Manchester United supporter). He is also a keen investor, skier and charity volunteer.
