Having joined Savills in 2018, Chris works on transactions and investment into the affordable housing sector.
Chris’ work is focused on the disposal and acquisition of tenanted portfolios on behalf of registered providers of social housing. He has successfully advised both vendors and purchasers on a number of large and complex bilateral sales and swaps, and has project managed on behalf of not for profit housing associations as well as FPRPs and investors.
Chris also works with institutional funds and investors who are looking to enter the affordable housing market, advising on the different structures and approaches to bring these new sources of private finance into affordable housing.
