Chanelle is the head of diversity & inclusion, representing our inclusive culture strategies at UK Board level. Her role is responsible for our D&I strategy - how we attract diverse talent, how we develop our diverse talent (and business understanding of D&I), and how we lead to have a truly inclusive culture. She is also responsible running for the bi-annual people survey and driving our wellbeing strategy.
Chanelle spent 13 years in the public sector, working in a number of civil service departments (Ministry of Justice, DEFRA, Cabinet Office and the Department of Health & Social Care). She is a HR Generalist by background, experienced in leading large multi-disciplinary teams through strategy and inclusive leadership. Her expertise covers across the employee life cycle, where she has led teams responsible for Employee Engagement, Organisational Design and Development, Wellbeing, Internal Communications, Project Management, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. She joined Savills in March 2022, taking on the newly created role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
