Noel has been the human resources director for the UK and Europe since joining Savills (UK) in 2014.
Noel's early career was spent in the Royal Air Force Regiment, before changing careers to work in HR. He has previously worked in UK, European and Global roles in consulting and technology. He is passionate about people and leadership and his particular focus is in employee engagement and diversity.
