Ryan Griffin joined Savills in 2018 after initial career experience in the London residential property market. He now specialises in the Manchester residential sales and lettings markets, offering expert guidance and services.
Ryan began his property journey in 2014 at an established London estate agency, where he gained extensive experience in residential letting and property management. Relocating to Manchester in 2017, he moved to a sales role and began to lead the residential sales operation for a local independent firm, before their acquisition by Savills in 2018.
From 2018, Ryan has been the Head of Residential Sales for Savills Manchester offering clients an exit strategy for disposal of their assets, in addition to assisting purchasers looking for their new home, or their next property investment. Ryan holds both MARLA and MNAEA qualifications, equipping him to offer comprehensive advisory services to those seeking guidance on their residential property needs.
Outside of work, Ryan is a keen football fan and animal advocate.
