Ben Newbery is the head of northern residential property management at Savills, based in our Northern Hub. Since joining the business in 2017, he has played a key role in delivering expert property management, tenancy administration, and renewals across key regions, including Cheshire, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Manchester.
With a background in property management after studying computer science at university, Ben brings a strong analytical and problem-solving approach to his work. His career in the industry began before joining Savills, where he developed extensive experience managing residential portfolios. At Savills he and his team work on ensuring that clients receive a friendly, proactive and high-quality service tailored to their needs. His expertise in compliance, tenancy legislation, and operational efficiency enables landlords and investors to maximise the performance of their assets while ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.
Ben is committed to upholding the highest standards in residential property management and takes pride in delivering professional, transparent, and results-driven support to clients.
Outside of work, he has a strong interest in technology and enjoys building and flying FPV racing drones. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors with his Siberian Husky, Astra, which has given him a great appreciation for the green spaces and countryside in the north.
