As a leading expert in the field of dilapidations he heads the Savills northern dilapidations group as well as the professional services team in Manchester. Robin ensures the highest standards are provided to our clients across a range of instructions including building surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, planned maintenance programmes, licensed works monitoring and contract administration.

Robin is also a member of the Building & Project Consultancy Operations board.
