Gary joined Savills in 1999 and now heads the Manchester building consultancy team. He specialises in project management and cost consultancy of large scale workplace schemes.
Gary works on projects across the country for both building owners and occupiers. He has a strong aesthetic sense and a thorough understanding of building services. This, combined with a broad commercial awareness and thorough cost knowledge allows him to make a positive contribution at all stages of the project process, particularly at inception or appraisal.
Gary takes pride in applying his considerable experience to both problem solving and maintaining a cohesive and effective project delivery team. This ensures the best possible result, however challenging a project may prove.
