Nathan Deans

Nathan has excellent client accounts knowledge, particularly in relation to shopping centres, retail and office, and as such has a thorough understanding of his clients' requirements.

He is responsible for providing key financial reporting on rent and service charges to individual clients, assisting with cash flow management of service charge funds and prompt collection and payment of landlord rents.

Nathan has spent time working assisting with migration of data and standardisation of information as well as staff training in various offices.

Working closely with a client, Nathan was involved in the streamlining of a daily pricing model, extracting live data from the database each day. This has ensured information reported was accurate and removed the need for manual adjustments. This was then rolled out across all managing agents used by this client.
