Lynn has worked in property management accounting since 1998 and is a team leader in the Manchester office. She has obtained an excellent overall knowledge in the industry during this time.
Lynn joined Savills in 2013 having previously worked for another property company for 15 years. She manages a team of nine client accountants and is also responsible for providing key financial reporting and information on rent and service charges to a portfolio of clients.
Lynn's experience covers commercial and residential property management, including retail, industrial, corporate retail estate and receivership sectors. She has worked on a number of bespoke property systems including TRAMPS and MRI.
Lynn maintains strong relationships with her clients so she can understand their needs and provide them with a service of the highest standard.
