Megan Keany

Megan started at Savills in 2007 on the graduate training programme. Having spent the first 10 years of her career in the leisure sector, Megan has grown a strong retail management business in the North West and now heads the regional shopping centre management team. 

She has over 17 years experience, working closely with clients to create solid brand partner relationships, develop and implement both property management and asset management strategies as well as ensuring a consistent and best in class service is delivered. 

Megan has a passion in learning about property tech, and has recently undertaken a Level 3 Data Management Apprenticeship to develop her skills further. 

Megan heads the regional shopping centre management team and has a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategy across the retail property management division.  She leads the strategic client relationship with Pradera Lateral, overseeing all instructions under management. 

Megan is a mum of 2 young boys and enjoys spending time with her family. She loves holidays and travel, and is certainly a 'foodie'.  Megan is often found stood on a freezing cold touch line at weekends watching her boys play sport!
