Francesca is a senior consultant specialising in the optimisation of real estate assets through sustainability certifications, ESG performance improvement and environmental management best practice. She works with landlords, asset managers and occupiers to improve asset performance, enhance value and deliver measurable sustainability outcomes across their portfolios.
Francesca joined Savills in 2022 as part of the property management sustainability consultancy team. She is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals, a qualified BREEAM In-Use Assessor, an ISO 14001 and 50001 Internal Auditor and was shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the UK Green Business Awards.
Prior to joining Savills, Francesca worked in the infrastructure sector, leading carbon reduction initiatives and environmental management programmes. Her areas of expertise include BREEAM In-Use, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
