Cassie Wardley

Cassie joined Savills in August 2021 as a property manager, where she has taken a leading role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of out-of-town retail parks across England and Wales.

Her work spans assets managed on behalf of prominent clients including London Metric, Realty Income, and Tristan Capital. In addition to her core responsibilities, Cassie plays an active role within the business space team, supporting high-profile clients such as LGIM and Union Investment. Her contributions extend to the management of landmark office buildings in major city centres, as well as premier hotel properties located in London and Manchester.

Cassie is an avid walker and enjoys exploring new landscapes on foot. She has completed several long-distance walking challenges to raise money for charity, combining her love of the outdoors with a commitment to giving back.
