Izzy joined Savills as a rotating graduate in the Manchester office in 2019. She is a chartered surveyor working within the commercial property management team.
Izzy is an associate in the commercial property management team, working across out of town retail, business space, leisure and shopping centre assets.
Specific technical skills include service charge mechanism lease expertise, budget setting, and pre-acquisition technical due diligence.
Izzy has been at Savills since joining as a rotating graduate in 2019, during which time she completed an MSc in real estate at UCEM, and passed her APC in June 2022.
