Dan joined Savills in September 2018 on the valuation pathway of the graduate programme, and now works as a surveyor and RICS registered valuer in the northern valuation team based in Leeds.
Dan is predominantly involved in loan security valuations across a range of sectors including industrial/logistics, retail and offices in the north of England. He also undertakes valuations for a range of other purposes including accounts valuations, in accordance with IFRS and UKGAAP, company internal purposes and negotiation purposes. Dan also carries out a number of periodic fund valuations for a range of institutional clients.
Dan joined Savills in 2018 after a number of years working in the residential sector, most recently working as an Asset Manager for a Build-to-Rent (‘BTR’) management company based in Leeds. During the graduate programme, he was based in the Northern Valuation team with experience gained in both the Industrial Agency and Development teams. He achieved MRICS status in October 2020.
Dan is married, and enjoys running, football, travel and music.
