Anne Johnson

Anne joined Savills as a residential valuer in 1987 and is a director of national housing valuation team.

Based in the Leeds office, Anne is a graduate from Reading University and a founder member of the Savills housing division. She has specialised in the valuation of social housing assets for a variety of purposes since 1989 and headed the national housing valuation team of 20 valuers between 2007 and 2021.

Between 2011 and 2021 she represented the valuers from the housing division on the Savills Valuation Best Practice Board which is responsible for setting valuation policies and procedures across the company.
