Pete grew up in the countryside but is resolutely urban, living in the Angel Islington with his wife and teenage children and commuting to the Savills Kensington office near Notting Hill Gate daily. Based here, he also frequently visits the offices in the north prime central London region which encompasses  Notting Hill, Marylebone, Primrose Hill, Maida Vale, St John's Wood and Hampstead. He has lived in the area for 20 years, considers the region to be by far the best in London, runs in Regent's Park with his dogs and swims in the ponds on Hampstead Heath.
