Charlie Joined Savills in 2018 and heads up the Kensington and Holland Park market sales team.
Charlie has worked in the prime central London sales market since 2013. Prior to that he was part of a leading property firm's residential graduate programme on completion from which he qualified as a chartered surveyor gaining membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Based in Kensington, Charlie specialises in the sale of all properties up to £10,000,000 in value in Kensington and Holland Park and has forged a reputation as one of the go to agents for flats and houses in this market having worked in the area for over a decade.
As an agent, Charlie is seasoned negotiator, and he prides himself in maintaining exceptional standards and high levels of professionalism. He is a keen strategist and enjoys developing and fine tuning his advice to clients to un-locking the value of their properties.
