James Bell

James joined Savills in 2021 after completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading. James began his career within the Savills South East Development team, where he gained broad experience across the development division, advising on planning, consultancy, valuation and agency, while completing his APC. He now works as a Senior Surveyor within the Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division. 

James works across two advisory teams within OCM: National Development Consultancy and Investment Strategy and Asset Management (ISAM). In this role, he advises developers, landowners, institutional investors and private equity groups on portfolio acquisitions and major development projects. He also delivers strategic advice through the ISAM Service Group, providing strategic consultancy to clients on their operational, cross-sector real estate portfolios.
