Zoe Spizzirri

Shortly after completing a semester abroad at the University of Exeter, Zoe permanently relocated from Australia where she grew up to London. Her first role in London was looking after Connaught Village, an iconic retail portfolio which comprised of mostly Grade II listed properties. 

Prior to joining Savills, Zoe was responsible for the management of several central London office buildings This included the St Botolph Building. In Zoe's current role, she reports into Julia Gould, the lead surveyor for the Kings Cross Estate. Zoe works closely with the Related Argent retail asset managers, to manage the retail tenant mix, drive footfall, maximise turnover and deliver seamless customer service to the retail and F&B occupiers on the estate. 

Outside of the office you will find Zoe either baking or cooking something, and then going for runs along the river to balance out the aforementioned hobby.
